When it comes to realising the money in your portfolio, there are 2 options:

Selling your portfolio
Step 1
Our expert team will thoroughly review your portfolio, gathering all essential information and documentation to ensure we are able to achieve the best price for your portfolio. We work diligently to understand every detail of your situation, which includes the company you purchased the asset from, along with the amount of years it has been in your possession. This allows us to be fully prepared before starting the process.
Step 2
Your details will be placed into our database of buyers around the world. Once we provide all the information on your portfolio, we will then receive various offers from investors that are interested in taking your portfolio off your hands. We take our time and make sure that only the best offer is presented to you. You will then be issued an Official Confirmation of sale for you to give us the green light. At this point, any fees associated with your portfolio will need to be settled. However, this fee will be due back to you after you have successfully completed your sale.
Step 3
Once the sale has been finalised, we will give you both written and verbal confirmation. As soon as this has been completed we will initiate the transfer process to send your funds directly to you. Our team will oversee each stage of the transaction, ensuring a smooth and secure process so you can recover your funds without any added hassle.

Making A Claim
Step 1
Our expert fraud team will thoroughly review your case, gathering all essential information and documentation to ensure a strong, actionable claim. We work diligently to understand every detail of your situation, so we’re fully prepared to pursue the maximum recovery of your funds.
Step 2
You’ll then be issued with an Official Claims Confirmation outlining the recovery amount and guarantee of payment. This document guarantees that your funds are on track for release. At this point, any external fees associated with your portfolio will need to be settled. Our one-time fee, however, is separate to this and only due after you’ve successfully received your recovered funds.
Step 3
With the confirmation in place and all external fees settled, we’ll initiate the transfer process to send your funds directly to you. Our team will oversee each stage of the transaction, ensuring a smooth and secure process so you can recover your funds without any added hassle.
